Personal:
Jeff has been married to Hilary and have lived in the Chiltern's for almost 30 years. They have a grown up family with two Grandchildren.

With over 20 years experience in Financial Services Jeff has built his business by referral and by offering a service he himself would wish to receive, across a wide range of Financial Services.

The Financial Planning Certificate and Mortgage Advice Qualification (MAQ).

Investments and Inheritance Tax mitigation.

Paul Magor

Personal:
I am married to Kerri and we have two boys aged 11 and 7. I enjoy playing football at the weekends and I also manage my sons under 12’s football team.

Experience:
I started in the financial services industry in 2005, I spent the next 6 years working closely with Taylor Wimpey Homes arranging the financial and protection needs of their clients. I have started working with Prosperity in 2011, servicing an existing client bank and developing the business by referrals. I pride myself on giving the best possible advise to ensure my clients are fully aware and understand their own personal and financial needs.

Qualifications:
Full CeMap Future; Over the course of the next 12 months I will be taking my pension and investment exam’s to improve my level of advice.

Stephen Mokhof

Personal:
Stephen Mokhof is at the moment the youngest adviser at Prosperity joining the team in June 2009. Originally Stephen was a media student, however with slight change of mind, Stephen studied Humanities (History, English & Religion) Roehampton University. Stephen is married to Joy.

Stephen plays drums at his church in Winchester, loves basketball and rugby which he used to play contrary to his height of 5ft 6” and not forgetting his passion for Formula One.

Experience:
When Stephen joined Prosperity he was working for conveyancing firm arranging Utilities and General Insurance for people moving into their newly purchased homes. Stephen is our General Insurance Specialist and has 8yrs of experience which consisted of working for Halifax as mortgage underwriter and soon after Halifax he joined RBS Insurance Group as a senior claims assessor in the Travel Insurance sector specially dealing with and identifying fraudulent claims.

Qualifications:
Studying for The Financial Planning Certificate.

Specialising in:

General Insurance, Buildings, Contents and Accident Sickness and Unemployment.

Colin Nicholls

Personal:
Approaching the age of 60, married with 4 children and 4 grandchildren.

Experience:
Formally a Pensions and Investment specialist, however as semi-retirement approaches, I am focusing on Mortgages, Protection and General Insurance.

The Financial Planning Certificate and Mortgage Advice Qualification (MAQ)

Mortgages and Protection

For the future Intend to semi-retire when I reach 60 and fully retire by age 65.


John Poole

Personal:
Married with two children that have progressed into careers as a Solicitor and Teacher. Has lived in Berkshire with since 1982. Enjoys the lifestyle that the county offers with its good communication links and many places of historic interest.

Experience:
Previously worked in Management with Nat West Bank specialising in helping new business start ups.. Entered financial services in 1995 and has worked both as a company agent and an independent financial adviser.

Qualifications:
Holds the Financial Planning Certificate and MAQ mortgage qualification and is currently studying to improve level of examinations held. The majority of my clients are people that have been referred to me over the past 14 years. Basic business ethos is to help people understand financial matters in a way that they can understand and to provide a good level of service including being easily contactable.

Colin Read

Experience:
Colin joined Prosperity in April 2008 after 33 years of running his own practice and still retains his distinct trading identity within Prosperity.

Colin's business is very personalised and he deals almost exclusively in Estate Preservation and Retirement Planning, together with Small Business Financial Planning, he has a very loyal client base.

Prosperity's business model appealed to Colin as he moves towards his own retirement. The move was mutually beneficial as Colin has benefited from the experience of other advisers within Prosperity as well as contributing with his own experience and and excellent professional contacts.

Dave Richards

Personal:
Married with 3 children (which accounts for interests & hobbies as no time for a life anything else). The boy’s football team activities (U10’s this year) tend to be focus of weekends; and we try to get out on bikes as a family. Holidays; socialising with friends; DIY.

Experience: Over 20 years in financial services.

Qualifications:
Chartered Insurance Practitioner, ACII, Dip PFS, CeMap
Holistic financial planning across protection, pensions,investments, tending to specialise in pensions,investments.

The Future:
As well as continuing with professional qualifications, I intend to provide long-term financial services and advice to my clients with the support and infrastructure offered by Prosperity and Openwork.

Ian Roberts

Personal:
Ian was born in Liverpool and moved to the Reading area in 1967. Recently widowed he has two children, a daughter in her final year of secondary education and a son at university. Ian, is of course, a keen Liverpool supporter and enjoys most sports, playing golf regularly with a handicap of 12.
After completing his education, Ian joined the National Westminster Bank with whom he worked for 28 years. During that time, Ian gained a great deal of experience in just about every area of banking and finance, this has given him the necessary background to be able to understand his clients needs.

Experience:
After having spent the last 10 years of his time with Nat West as a financial adviser, Ian decided to broaden his horizons and joined the Zurich Advice Network, where initially he worked on his own. However, in 2005 Ian decided to join Prosperity Financial Services.
